Data Strategist
  • Formulated the firm’s Data Strategy division that focuses on centralising complex data sets across various functions within the business, such as supply chain, tax, consumer data etc.
  • Developed custom Power BI reports to analyse key ecommerce metrics. Leveraged DAX to enhance reporting and employed cumulative sales forecasts. The strategy implemented using the improved data model resulted in ROI scaling to ~4x in Q4.
  • Extracted, handled, and manipulated large data sets, including web analytics and ecommerce platform data. Sourced more optimised solutions to share valuable insights to the wider teams.
  • Spearheaded the planning and execution of a new ERP system whilst collaborating with C-suite executives and Finance team.
Senior Performance Marketing Executive
